We always look forward to hearing feedback from you, our valued retailers, and after doing so, are pleased to bring you our new bath line! Thank you for the product suggestion and feel free to convey other ideas through your sales representative or our customer service department. Adorable character hooded towels, a bath bundle, and washcloths, these products are perfectly packaged and will add another dimension to your Taggies line.
In addition, this year also brings a fresh spin on our best selling product line, the Colours Collection. With two new Colours patterns, you will have plenty of fresh, fun products to bring to your customers! We are also very excited to bring you a new twist on our personaliza-tion program. We have created a Big TAGGIES™ Personalization kit that streamlines the process and is a wonderful gift item. Turn the page and see what 2011 holds for you!

Created by an early childhood educator and mom, TAGGIES™ are based on the idea that babies and kids love to rub satin edges, clothing labels and tags. Our products are focused on early childhood development - before educational products are meaningful. GENERAL INFORMATION: All TAGGIES resale locations must be known and authorized by thecompany. We establish dealerships with quality retailers, consistent with the development ofour premium brand image. Some components relating to the maintenance of this brand imageinclude suggested retail pricing, clean and proper display, and brand appropriate affiliated products.Accounts must have a permanent storefront location (no private residences). These locations mustbe approved by our area sales representatives. Mail order, Internet sales and other channels ofdistribution require a separate application. Your order indicates your understanding and compliancewith all Terms and Conditions listed here.
TERMS: Net 30 days upon approval of credit. To expedite opening orders, we suggest using a creditcard or C.O.D. Credit card orders will be charged at time of shipment. All credit card orders whichare denied will be cancelled. Overdue payments will revert to credit card and will be subject to anadditional 1.5% monthly fee. Prepayment on all future shipments will be required. We accept VISA,MASTERCARD and AMEX. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks and future shipmentswill be by guaranteed check or credit card only. An additional 35% fee (based on the total amountof all outstanding invoices, including monthly late charges) will be charged for all accounts turnedover to collection. No Proforma.
PRICES/FREIGHT: Prices quoted are at wholesale and are subject to change without our notice,F.O.B. Spencer, Massachusetts. Freight cost, handling fee and insurance will be added to invoice. Weinsure for our customer’s protection. Any shipment requested without insurance will be at recipient’sresponsibility.
Freight is calculated according to a table. Contact our office for specific details. On prepaid orders add6% for freight within the Continental U.S., 10% to Alaska and Hawaii.
BACK ORDERS: Back orders under $25.00 automatically cancel after 90 days. Back orders over$25.00 will be shipped when product is in stock. If you wish not to receive back ordered product,please write “NO BACK ORDERS” on purchase order. “NO SUBSTITUTIONS” must be written on allorders requiring specific patterns.
AUTHORIZED RETAILER: Once you become an Authorized Retailer you will receive a login andpassword to give you access to your own page on our web site.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted only for defects or errors for which we are responsible for a periodup to but not exceeding 10 days from the date of the invoice. Notification of defect or error must bemade within 5 days from receipt of goods. All sales are final. A return authorization number mustbe obtained from our customer service department and MUST APPEAR on return product packagesand all shipping charges must be prepaid. Without authorization, the merchandise will be refusedand returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. All returns are subject to final inspection byTaggies, Inc. Taggies reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to any order that is returned.Taggies reserves the right to obtain a credit card number during the return inspection process for allorders being considered for invoice credit. Customer may be charged for any outstanding fees andfor product deemed not in resaleable condition.
CLAIMS: Taggies, Inc. merchandise is carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. Claimsfor merchandise delivered damaged must be filed in writing and reported to the carrier within 7days. Please request inspection immediately from the carrier. We cannot assume responsibility formerchandise which is damaged by the carrier.
PROOF OF DELIVERY: Freight companies now charge for PODs. All proofs of delivery are subjectto a $25.00 service charge in the event that POD indicates that the merchandise has already beenreceived by customer.
ADVERTISING: Contact our office for an Internet Dealer Application. A completed, approvedapplication must be on file in order to sell Taggies products on your website. Contact our office fordetails. Approved advertising material and copy is available upon request and is not to be varied inany way without the prior written consent of Taggies, Inc. All appearances of our Intellectual Propertymust conform to our general media policy as stated on our web site and in our “Product Advertisingand Brand Guidelines” document.
DISPLAY: In order to prevent confusion between Taggies products and other products, TAGGIES arenot to be displayed with other blankets. Taggies, Inc. reserves the right to buy back any unused stockat cost plus 10% if these terms are violated.
