In this regard, we utilise an advanced Safety Management System to manage and predict risk and all of our � ight crews are instructed to openly report any safety related event. KEY LINKS IN THE CLIENT SERVICE CHAINTAG Aviation has one of the most experienced teams in the industry, with the expertise to deliver the service you both require, and expect. We provide all of the complex requisite operator services in-house, ensuring that operational control is never compromised. Above all, we work to ensure minimum � ight delay in the event of an unexpected occurrence.
Our services include:
Flight Operations: TAG has an expert team that boasts extensive operational experience to ensure that your aircraft meets all the regulatory compliance and is conducted in accordance with operational procedures.
International Flight Services: The planning of any � ight is a complex procedure that relies on a number of external approvals and the establishment of pre-arranged services. Unlike a scheduled airline, which operates � ights to the same locations on a regular basis, owners of business jets routinely seek to � y to a variety of destinations, and so over-� ight and landing permits are not routinely in place. TAG Aviation takes care of everything, so that you are able to focus on the trip ahead.
Airworthiness and Technical Oversight: TAG allocates a Fleet Manager to your aircraft, who is responsible for airworthiness planning and the coordination of any maintenance activity required on your jet. Your Fleet Manager will also arrange and supervise the aircraft warranty and airframe and engine support programmes, along with other technical services required on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the seamless operation of your aircraft.
MaintenanceAs an approved service facility for a number of aircraft manufacturers TAG Maintenance Services is able to provide a full range of services during the life cycle of your aircraft. Our team of experts is on hand around the clock to resolve any problems, working diligently to return your aircraft to complete safety, as quickly as possible.
CharterWith a � eet of aircraft at our disposal we can also provide you with charter services whilst your aircraft is in maintenance and or if you require supplemental lift options.
