Who we are

TAEM Group is a group of companies, offering project management, urbanistic, architectural, engineering and construction supervision services. This is based on a detailed understanding of client’s needs and their qualitative implementation by applying innovative solutions and approaches.

We provide services to private and state-owned organizations, implementing significant and complex projects, requiring high professional competence and quality of service, innovative solutions and excellent project management.

TAEM group companies do not provide contractual services and are not restricted by the relations of ownership or economic ties with contractors, manufacturers or suppliers of construction products. Due to this, each project is implemented prioritizing client’s interests.

How do we work?


• We familiarize ourselves with client’s situation, listen to the needs and expectations, get to know the client’s business and find out the most important aspects for the client, collect all necessary technical information, discuss cooperation opportunities.

• We prepare and present project or service task to the client, state goals, volume and quality parameters, conditions of implementation and timetable, budget of the project or the services offered. Discuss and reconcile everything that is important for the client, conclude an agreement.

• We responsibly and professionally fulfil terms of agreement and present the results of the project to the client weekly (unless agreed otherwise), keep the client fully informed about progress of the project, about compliance with the plan, work in progress, present proximate works forecasts. We provide the client with regular information to ensure that working with us is simple and convenient.

• At the agreed time we provide the client with project solutions, discuss and coordinate them with the client. We always propose the client innovative and economically rational solutions and approaches, consistent with the objectives of the project, helping the client to make its project more sustainable and more efficient.

• We transfer the results of the project to the client and make sure that everything is done exactly as per agreement.

Liquefied natural gas terminal, Klaipėda, Lithuania Facts: LNGT embankment (~450m), high pressure gas pipeline, gas measurement and accounting station, 18km length and 700 mm in diameter gas pipeline between FSRU and mainstream gas pipelines, ~3km of underground drilling under Curonian lagoon.
