IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF PIERCE

IN RE THE ADOPTION OF SHO IMA- MATSU,a person under the age of eighteen.

TO: “JOHN DOE”, alleged fatherAND TO: “JOHN DOE”, person claiming a paternal interest in the above-named child. You have been named as the father or a possible father of the above- named child. A Petition for Termina- tion of Parent-Child Relationship has been filed in the above-entitled court. The Petitioner(s) are/is asking the Court for an order permanently termi- nating the parent-child relationship be- tween you and the child, permanently terminating all of your rights to the child and for a Decree of Adoption de- claring the Petitioner(s) to be the legal parent(s) of the child. The child was born on April 13, 2015, in Kawagoe-shi, Saitama, Ja- pan. The name of the child’s mother was REIKO IMAMATSU at the time the child was conceived. In order to defend against this Peti- tion, you must respond to the Petition by stating your defense in writing and by serving a copy upon the attorney at the address below within thirty days af- ter October 6, 2015, the date of the first publication of the summons and notice, or an order permanently termi- nating your parent-child relationship with the child by default will be en- tered. A default order is one where the Petitioner(s) is/are entitled to what he/she/they ask for because you have not responded. If you serve a notice of appearance on the attorney at the address below you are entitled to no- tice before a default order may be en- tered. One method of serving your re- sponse is to send it by certified mail with return receipt requested. If ser- vice is made by mail, the service shall be deemed complete upon the third day following the day upon which the response is placed in the mail, unless the third day falls on a Saturday, Sun- day or legal holiday, in which event service shall be deemed complete on the first day other than a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, following the third day. CHILD/TERMINATION OF PAR- ENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP

SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN THE COUNTY OF

KING IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF INFANT GIRL EISIMINGER, a person under the age of eighteen.

TO: XAVIER MILLS a/k/a XAVIER NILLS and MICHAEL CLARK a/k/a MICHAEL NILLS, and JOHN DOE (UNKNOWN) AND TO ANY OTHER INTERESTED PARTY You are hereby summoned to ap- pear within thirty days after the date of first publication of this summons, tow- it, within thirty days after the 25TH day of September, 2015, and defend the above-entitled action in the above- entitled court, and answer the petition of the Petitioners and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned at- torneys for Petitioners at the office be- low stated; if you fail to do so, judg- ment may be rendered against you ac- cording to the request of the petition which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition has been filed in this court praying that the parent-child relation- ship between the parents of the above- named child and the above-named child be terminated. The object of the action is to seek an order relinquishing the child to the Petitioners for adop- tion and to terminate the parent-child relationship. The child was conceived in Decem- ber 2014 in Lakewood, Washington and was born in Lakewood, Washing- ton on September 5, 2015. The child’s birth mother is Milicia Eisiming- er. The Petitioners are also seeking temporary placement of the child with them. The court hearing on this matter shall be on the 26th day of October, 2015 at 9:00 am in the King County Superior Court; address: King County Courthouse, Ex Parte Department, Court Room W-325, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98104. YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING MAY RESULT IN A DEFAULT ORDER PERMANENTLY TERMINATING ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS TO THE ABOVE-NAMED CHILD. NOTICE: State and federal law pro- vide protections to defendants who are on active duty in the military ser- vice, and to their dependents. Depen- dents of a service member are the service member’s spouse, the service member’s minor child, or an individual for whom the service member provid- ed more than one-half of the individu- al’s support for one hundred eighty days immediately preceding an appli- cation for relief. One protection provided is the pro- tection against the entry of a default judgment in certain circumstances. This notice only pertains to a defen- dant who is a dependent of a member of the national guard or a military re- serve component under a call to active service for a period of more than thir- ty consecutive days. Other defendants in military service also have protec- tions against default judgments not covered by this notice. If you are the dependent of a member of the national guard or a military reserve component under a call to active service for a pe- riod of more than thirty consecutive days, you should notify the petitioner or the petitioner’s attorney in writing of your status as such within twenty days of the receipt of this notice. If you fail to do so, then a court or an adminis- trative tribunal may presume that you are not a dependent of an active duty member of the national guard or re- serves, and proceed with the entry of an order of default and/or a default judgment without further proof of your status. Your response to the petitioner or petitioner’s attorneys about your status does not constitute an appear- ance for jurisdictional purposes in any pending litigation nor a waiver of your rights. You are further notified that any non- consenting parent or alleged father has a right to be represented by an at- torney, and an attorney will be appoint- ed for an indigent parent who requests an attorney. You are further notified that your failure to file a claim of pa- ternity under Chapter 26.26 RCW within thirty days of the first publica- tion of this notice or to respond to the petition within thirty days of the first publication of this notice is grounds to

terminate your parent-child relationship with respect to the child.
