General Scheme and Outline
Allows New Year congratulations of any person in any part of the Globe to be delivered on a printed and customized postcard to any address in Uzbekistan
Is free for senders and recipients, costs associated with the operations are covered by Sponsor Company
Web-Service – website to be launched on November 20th 2007.

Sponsor Company places its Logo on the dedicated spaces on the website, on printed postcards and on promo materials
How does it work for the Users?
Once landed on www.tabrik.uz a visitor is offered to:
1. choose either Uzbek or Russian as interface language;
2. pick a postcard from a range that also includes branded postcard designs offered by a Sponsor Company;
3. choose language of a postcard text: either Uzbek, Russian, Tajik or English;
4. input congratulation text, signature, name and full postal address of the recipient;
5. confirm acceptance and abiding by Terms and Conditions (User Agreement);
6. review and submit the form.

What happens next?
Once a complete form is accepted and stored in DB:
1. unique ID is assigned to the submitted postcard;
2. acceptance confirmation e-mail is sent to the Sender;
3. form is passed to an operator who manually verifies its compliancy with Terms and Conditions (including bad language censor and address verification, postcards limit violation, etc)
4. verification/rejection e-mail is sent to the Sender (with the rejection code if Terms and Conditions are violated);
5. verified forms are passed to printing, sorting and delivery;
6. upon delivery, confirmation e-mail is sent to the Sender

Filtration and Targeting
Target audience of recipients can be narrowed by using technical means of filtration, based on:
• Geographic location of a Sender (based on IP address)
• Geographic location of a Recipient (based on postal address)
• Gender of a Recipient (based on “Mr/Ms/Mrs” field in the form)
• Lingual preferences of a Sender (based on the “preferred interface language” field of the form)
• Expected lingual abilities of a Recipient (based on the “language of the postcard text” field of the form)
Other more sophisticated and/or multi-level filtration solutions can be integrated on demand upon prior negotiation

Expected volumes of contacts
• Impression of Sponsor’s logo on the main page of the Web Site 100.000 impressions and 40.000 unique visitors within 40 days
• Imprinting of Sponsor’s logo on every Sponsored postcard
• Imprinting of Sponsor’s logo on promotional leaflets delivered around Tashkent city as direct mail 15.000 leaflets delivered within 15 days
• Imprinting of Sponsor’s logo on 150 posters posted on the bulletin boards of the largest Universities of Uzbekistan
• Voicing the Sponsor’s Brand name in all 20 second promotional audio commercials on the radio • Impression of Sponsor’s Brand name in all delivery confirmations e-mailed to the Senders upon postage of the postcards
