No construction access via this path.
Tree protection fencing can befield-fitted around
existing infrastructure.Minimum protection distance
specified as "Critical Root Zone"must be maintained .
New concrete/hardscape withinthe critical root zones of trees
#2757 and #2758 must beinstalled above the existing
grade, using low impactspecification to be reviewed and
approved by the project arborist.
Arborist supervision is required for thetrenching running parallel
to the building and limit of work. Verticalshoring of the trench wall is required andlow impact excavation (such as hydro-vacand airspade) should be implemented to
limit impacts to tree roots.
Existing concrete walkway may remain in useduring construction, if the concrete is left inplace. Any changes to the walkway layout, including the removal of the existingwalkway, must be supervised by the projectarborist. If walkway is to be replaced, a lowimpact specification must be implemented.

NOTES
1. The location of un-surveyed treeson this plan is approximate. Theirlocation and ownership cannot beconfirmed without being surveyed bya Registered BC Land Surveyor.
2. All tree protection fencing must bebuilt to the relevant municipal bylawspecifications. The dimensions shownare from the outer edge of the stemof the tree.
3. The tree protection zone shown is agraphical representation of thecritical root zone, measured from theouter edge of the stem of the tree. (12the trees diameter was added to thegraphical tree protection circles toaccommodate the survey point beingin the center of the tree)
4. Any construction activities or gradechanges within the Root ProtectionZone must be approved by theproject arborist.
5. This plan is based on a topographicand tree location survey provided bythe owners’ Registered BritishColumbia Land Surveyor (BCLS) andlayout drawings provide by theowners’ Engineer (P Eng).
6. This plan is provided for context only, and is not certified as to the accuracyof the location of features ordimensions that are shown on thisplan. Please refer to the originalsurvey plan and engineering plans.
