1.1. Decent Solutions
Year of Enrollment: 2011
It is a software solution company founded by Ronak Dhoot, B.Tech graduate
of ABV-IIITM Gwalior. The company has developed various software solutions
in ERP.
One of their projects under TIDE scheme is “Eduos” which integrates
everything on a single platform right from managing admissions through
registrations, payment of fees, accounts, course allocations and management,
study record, results, hostel, library and mess management, up to
collaborating with professors, they provide world-class education.

Their solution covers the needs of teachers, staff members, analysts,
administrative department and other related departments in a single-to-
operate operating system which is fully integrated with modern technologies.
“Eduos” provides various functionalities with its cloud-based operating system
which can run on any web browser to access the ERP functioning of the
institute. It allows complete resource management, helping students and
faculty access an infinite pool of resources and education content anywhere,
anytime.

It is an IT, product and services based company founded by Shashank
Sukumaran. The company is trying to build revolutionary low cost note-taking
tablets known as E-Scripts.
It has been working in the area of Information Technology and has developed
products for simplifying note-taking for students, professionals, households
and ERP integration for simplifying organizational tasks.
The objectives of the company are encouraging a paper-less environment, low
cost solution to computers, docking station for conversion of tablet into
Laptop, providing long battery life for all-day usage and open source software
usage to reduce price, as well as encourage user to suggest modifications.

Year of Enrollment: 2012
It is an IT based company founded by Anurag Agarwal under TIDE Scheme.
It is working on android application in health sector. They are providing
complete web solutions to develop, implement, convert, export, import,
manufacture, distribute, sell, buy, alter, exchange, maintain, let on hire and
otherwise deal in computer software, hardware and other similar equipments.
It renders services to companies in India and abroad in the area of Software
development, E-Commerce, M-Commerce, Information Technology, Internet
Technology, and Communication Industry.
1.3.1. Products
The company has developed a product named “Fast Aid” which is a
multiplatform mobile application that provides all information related
to a particular disease/ailment with its medicines.
In addition to its mobile applications, they have also developed web
applications. The web applications tend to provide user-interaction
on much larger basis.

1.4. Mech-Mocha Game Studios
Year of Enrollment: 2011 (Co-incubated at CIIE, IIM, Ahmedabad)
It is a mobile game development company by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit
Rangaraju, students of ABV-IIITM, Gwalior. It was initially known as Hungry
Games Pvt. Ltd which was later renamed as Mech Mocha Game Studios.

1.4.1. Products
The company has successfully developed a product known as
“Pablo and the Puppet Punch”; it is a casual punching action game
in 2D perspective. The game has three themes/theatres “INDIAN”,
“ORIENTAL” and “EUROPEAN”.
The characters in the game are inspired from puppets from
Rajasthan, Kerala and other cities of India.
1.4.2. Manpower
The company has a global team of five people working in the area of
mobile gaming.
1.4.3. Achievements
The company was recognized for its work and has been given
scholarship by International Game Developers Association. They
were also able to attract Venture Capitalist.
1.5. Head Gesture Controlled Wheel Chair for Disabled
This product which is in the prototype phase has been funded under TIDE
Scheme, was initiated in year 2013.

1.5.1. Product
The Head Gesture Controlled Power Wheel Chair is an electro-
mechanical system that meets the basic mobility requirements of the
disabled, especially the people suffering from Quadriplegia (with
severity level below 4) and physically challenged people with loss of
or minimum upper and lower extremity function with head control.
Head gestures are captured by sensors and transmitted in real
time via RF link to the microcontroller which in turn control the DC
gear motors.
1.6. Companion Device for Fostering Classroom Interactivity
Dr. Wilfred Godfrey is the one who has introduced an interactive classroom
approach. The product is still in testing and trial phase. The companion device
for fostering classroom interactivity is an electronic system that allows for
voice as well as writing inputs from the participants in a classroom.

1.6.1. Products
The Presentation Deliverer (lecturer) have to keep the Master
tablet in his hand. He/she speaks on microphone and presentation
slides will be displayed on his/her master tablet as well as on the
projector screen (optional) and at client (student) tablet.
In case he/she wants to stress something on presentation, they
can use their master tablet as an input device where they will
draw or write on tablet using the stylus pen and same will be
displayed on the projector screen.
Their speech is captured by the microphone on the tablet and
amplified.
The clients (students) are also having the tablet where they are
able to see the presentation. If the client has any query or doubt,
they can raise their doubts on the tablet screen by pressing doubt
button.

It is a research and consultancy services company that provides VLSI design
to customers. It offers full-fledged research and consulting services in the
state-of- art VLSI technology for next generation SOCs. Design services
include research and development of analog and digital IP cores to enable the
state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies.
2.3.1. Products
The company has successfully developed high-speed, low-power
analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in the latest IBM 32-nm SOI CMOS
process.
It has recently acquired its first customer in US, generating revenue
of Rs. 16 Lakhs since inception. Now, the company has started
earning profits.

2.4. Humanitarian Global Innovations

The company is currently incubated at Amrita TBI and works in the area of
healthcare and offers various products and services for medical industry.

The company offers diverse products and services for healthcare

Gesture based wheelchair product for the physically challenged
and elderly who cannot bend their fingers to hold the joystick.

Provisionally patent granted on the title of “Novel Gesture
Recognition System to Operate Light Duty Vehicles and Method
Thereof” HUG Innovations.

The company is working on software defined Mini-Data center (MDC) by
introducing a new concept of acceleration virtualization and software defined
acceleration in data center space.

Acceleron Labs is building a hardware product (MDC 1000) in the
cloud computing space. The product will accelerate storage, server
and network performance rack-wise or box-wise. The product will be

It consists of an experienced and versatile team of 6 members. The
founder has worked in the telecom industry for more than 24 years.
2.6. Startup Query
Year of enrollment: 2015
The company is building a product that will provide a system (similar to Quora)
for startups, entrepreneurs, mentors to discuss, engage, collaborate and
learn.
2.6.1. Products
Mobile App and Web based interface that will run a background
algorithm to optimize page rank, responses, mentors, queries etc.
The interface will also have listing of events, news related to
startups.
2.6.2. Manpower
The team consists of 1 person (star programmer). He is winner of
Sequoia hackathon and has won many national and international
contests for his startup ideas.

Year of enrollment: 2015
The company is developing products to solve consumer purchase decision
making problem via text analytics. Every consumer reads 1000 of reviews in

The Affordable Computing Foundation, a completely non-profit (registration
pending) and open-source company was started by few students from NIT
Trichy. The main goal of the company is to supply cheap computers in rural
government schools across the country. The Computers are expected to cost
below 7000 per system, complete with keyboard, mouse and monitor. The
software and operating system will be Linux based and will have all the
essential applications required for IT syllabus up to class 10th.
The system will also include a number of programming and media
Applications to deliver e-learning courseware for students (in collaboration
with Education dept.) The system will contain software and tutorials for the
students to learn basic computing and programming languages like C and
Python. The system user interface is very simple and intuitive to operate for a
layman.

A Low cost desktop computer complete with a keyboard, mouse and
a monitor. The CPU cabinet in a conventional computer is replaced
by a small credit card sized board computer called the Raspberry Pi.
The major difference in cost comes because of the Raspberry pi,
