This plan includes standard fulfillment services (described on the next page), access to our complete onboarding guide and special onboarding live chat/email support during business hours.

• ShipBob’s distribution network includes five fulfillment centers located in Brooklyn, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

• First, you send us your goods and we store them securely in one or many of our US fulfillment centers. We charge a small receiving fee and monthly storage fees.

• When your customers place orders, our software automatically pulls them and assigns to our fulfillment associates, who pick, package, then ship your items. Tracking information is automatically sent back to your e-commerce store. You don’t have to lift a finger!

• You can manage the entire logistics life cycle online using your ShipBob dashboard

• Additionally, you’ll have access to our intuitive online fulfillment software (web.shipbob.com) at no additional cost. Through this portal, you’ll have insight into orders, inventory, reporting functionality, billing, and analytics.

• Unlimited access to the dashboard including Inventory management, detailed analytics, order tracking and more • E-commerce store integration with any of our standard integrations, including Shopify, WooCommerce,

SquareSpace, and more at no extra cost • Receiving and stowing your goods in our fulfillment centers within 3-5 business days of receipt • Storage on standard-size bins, shelves, or pallets • Shipping orders same-day that are received by 12pm (noon) local time of the relevant fulfillment center • Standard packing slip with your company’s logo (optional) included in every package • Standard brown-box with packing pillows, poly bag, or bubble mailer packaging. • Picking up to 5 items per order is free

Things we cannot do • We do not offer refrigerated or frozen storage or

shipping • We cannot fulfill extremely large products (e.g.

furniture, surfboards) • We cannot fulfill products over 150lbs (~65kg) • We cannot provide personalized notes on per-order

basis (you can send us pre-printed notes to place in each order)

• We do not offer EDI services

The following may require custom work • Kitting and bundles (e.g. pre-assembling variety packs or a special

arrangement of products) • Custom packaging • Other custom work (e.g. serial number scans, non-standard box

We believe that fulfillment should be very simple. Therefore, we built a simple plan for your investment in ShipBob with 3 components: Receiving, Storage and Total Fulfillment Cost. The next few pages go over this.

The receiving process includes scanning products into our system, ensuring inventory counts match those in the provided Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO), and stowing product away in bin, shelf or pallet locations. The receiving fee is calculated on an hourly basis:

90% of receiving orders take under 2 hours. Avoid extra fees and extended receiving time with an accurate and correct WRO.

Note: if you are shipping LTL or in full containers, please let us know at onboarding@shipbob.com before sending your items, as we may need to schedule special arrival times.

Each unique product (SKU) of yours will be stored in a unique location within a Fulfillment Center. A location refers to a bin spot, a shelf spot or a pallet spot. This real estate in our fulfillment center is charged based on per-month usage:

Note: at ShipBob, we pride ourselves in a 99.8% fulfillment accuracy rate, so we require each SKU to be stored on a separate location. For example, if you send a small quantity of a single t-shirt design that comes in 4 sizes (S, M, L, XL), you would likely be charged for 4 bin locations for a total of $20 per month.

The Total Fulfillment Cost (see below) includes everything required to get your products to your customers – up to 5 picks per order, packing, packaging material, postage, AND shipping. No more worrying about ticky-tack fees and extra charges!
