Kariman Ahmed, and was fully established as aconsulting office by the beginning of 2018. the office started off strongly by handling many ofcommercial, admin projects. Through the constant flow of commercial/mixed use projects,PCO managed to take on several important new projects from different clients in short timedue to the proven professionalism in each submission.

Project summary:generating an interior design & a full animation experience in all the commercialside of the museum such as main entrance, food court , theatre, auditorium , kidsmuseum class room to help giving the idea of how client will operate this areas.

Project Challenges :

Interior design for commercial and non-exhibition areas, as well as a 3Dexplanatory animation which was presented as a bid for facility management ofthe G.E.M. to show how all spaces would function. The zones which weredesigned were public circulation areas, retail and commercial zone, food court,‘Greek Campus’ hub, educational zone, and the multifunctional building.

Project summary :Hale Town is located at Golf Views compound at Palm Hills – 6th Oct City on landarea of 11,700m², and designed to be a unique mixed Use building (F&B andclinics) .The huge deference in surrounding streets was resolved from an obstacleto a great experience for the users.

Project challenges :

• Dealing with site levels with a difference of aprx. 6m between the highest &lowest points.

• Resolving multiple changes in design and typology to achieve optimumsolution for client needs

• Solving project circulation between opposing uses (F&B and clinics)

PCO Scope: Interior Design & Animation

Project summary:The project is the first financial technology hub in Egypt. The idea was to create aninnovative and colorful space within the classical and monochromatic DowntownCairo, in order to give the users the feeling that they entered an alternatedimension of inspiration and creativity. The project contains incubators and Fin-Tech start-up working spaces, as well as event halls and an innovation center, all toallow the project to become an innovative pipeline for Fin-tech ideas.

Project challenge :-The challenge was to design the inter spaces of the Central Bank of Egypt and include it within a self-explanatory six minute animation complete with info graphics to be presented to the president, as well as to be showcased on multiple platforms including the “Seamless” conference which launched the Fin-tech hub. The design and animation were complete in 2 weeks to satisfy the client deadline.
