Brooklyn Gin is a craft spirit made in New York with fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. Brooklyn Gin is fresh, complex, and flavorful. Enjoy these craft cocktails made with Brooklyn Gin, or simply enjoy it on its own.

Salvatore Olivella was born in Naples, Italy, the birthplace of Neapolitan style pizza. After mastering his family recipe in Italy, at the turn of the century, Olivella decided to bring his signature family recipe to New York. Olivella’s passion, dedication, innovative originality and above all love for his native Italy and its rich assortment of natural produce allowed him to create a trademark name among some of Manhattan’s greatest pizza connoisseurs.

K NOW YOU R BEER

Ever come across a beer style you may not be familiar with? Well here’s a little info on some popular styles

WITBIER A Belgian style ale that’s very pale and cloudy in appearance due to it being unfiltered and the high level of wheat, and sometimes oats, that’s used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel and other oddball spices or herbs in the back ground. The crispness and slight twang comes from the wheat and the lively level of carbonation. Sometimes served with a lemon or orange.

AMERICAN AMBER

A sort of catch-all category, these lagers boast a bit more malt backbone and overall character than their lighter sister styles. Bitterness is generally low.

AMERICAN IPA

The American IPA differs from the IPA style. More flavorful than English IPA, color can range from very pale golden to reddish amber. Typically brewed with American hops, a big herbal and / or citric character. Bitterness is high, it’s moderate to medium bodied with a balancing malt backbone.

MILK STOUT

Milk stouts do in fact incorporate milk into their recipes through the addition of lactose, a sugar found in cow’s milk. Since lactose doesn’t get turned into alcohol by yeast during fermentation, it adds a considerable amount of body, smoothness, and sweetness to the final beer. So, if done correctly, you get a creamy, slightly sweet, and roasted flavor.

COMPASS BOX “THE PEAT MONSTER”, BLENDOn the nose you get a balance of peat leading to something sweet and fruitful with some grain. The palate continues the peat which is not overpowering, then leads into some subtle oak. You get botanicals, floral, copper, a sweet smokiness and more fruit. The finish has a lingering sweetness, more peat, floral, spice and oak.

DALMORE 15 YEAR, HIGHLANDS, SINGLE MALTOn the nose are aromas of chocolate orange, fruitcake & sherry. Flavors of zesty orange, curacao & chocolate, winter spice, stem ginger in syrup, hints of anise and a bit hickory. It finishes with malty barley and smoky espresso.

YAMAZAKI 12 YEAR, JAPAN, SINGLE MALTAromas of cinnamon, red apple, muscovado sugar and jasmine blossom. On the palate it is medium bodied and honeyed in style, this easy vanilla malt bursts with apple fruit and jasmine freshness but is made complex thanks to notes of candied orange peel, cinnamon, clove spice and balancing dusty cedarwood dryness. The woody oxidised pineapple notes linger on the pleasant finish.

CAOL ILA 12 YEAR, ISLAY, SINGLE MALTThe nose is intense and rich, with malted barley and gentle floral touches overcome by smoky notes. Taste is light and fresh, with toffee, vanilla and pear balanced by smoke and ashy touches. The finish is complex and long, with sweetness fading to leave dark and smoky flavors.

There are over 100 distilleries and five regions for the production of whisky in Scotland: the Highlands, the

Lowlands, Speyside, Islay and Campbeltown. Each area producing a whisky with a very particular style.

BLANTON’S, KENTUCKY

The aromas of spice are strong on the nose as it takes a second for the caramel, maraschino cherry, cinnamon, some vanilla and a little corn come out once it settles. Caramel is upfront with a rich bourbon spice soon after. Citrus zest, cinnamon, hint of vanilla and a mild oak flavors continue to a corn, caramel and wood finish.

HUDSON BABY BOURBON, NEW YORK

On the nose it’s sweet, woody corn right away then there’s pepper, sugar, fall leaves hints of char, vanilla and perhaps just a bit of maple. The taste of corn, oak, vanilla and some fresh ginger notes with some sweetness to it. Warming finish with fat oaky notes, balanced by the vanilla and sweetness of the corn.

RUSSELL’S RESERVE 10YR, KENTUCKY

The aroma gives way to notes of orange, cloves and oak, which are complemented by subtle undertones of maple and caramel. The finish is slightly warming, with a well-balanced complexity.

COLONEL E.H. TAYLOR, KENTUCKY

The nose is full with caramel apple, fresh corn, cloves and a hint of butterscotch. The palate has more corn sweet-ness, mixed with slight spiciness of rye and cinnamon. It finishes very smooth for a 100 proof bourbon with rich creamy vanilla f lavors.

ROCKS OR NO ROCKS

When drinking bourbon “on the rocks” you’ll notice how as the ice slowly melts it begins to open

up more of the complex flavors throughout.

CHOICE “SIPPING” TEQU IL A

CASA DRAGONES JOVEN

Aromas are fresh and inviting, subtle floral and citrus with notes of sweet roasted agave. The taste is soft and smooth with hints of vanilla and spiced undertones, balanced with delicate notes of pear. It has a clean, warm finishwith hints of hazelnut and a bright, open aftertaste.

GRAN PATRON BURDEOS

This amber, full-bodied tequila boasts complex aromas of oak, citrus, caramel, and agave. On the palate, notes of dark berry, vanilla, and cocoa blend seamlessly with the rich agave flavor and extend throughout the long, intense finish.

CHOICE “ SIPPING” RU M

SAINT TERESA 1796

Fresh and light on the nose, with touches of almonds, coconut, and caramel corn. Hints of evergreen. The palate reveals smooth caramel, with mild vanilla notes and a supple, well-balanced finish.

FACUNDO EXQUISITO

Very aromatic and initially sweet, but after a few minutes, the underlying complexity begins to show notes of lavender honey, assam tea, mocha, and fresh tobacco. Incredible sipping experience.

WHAT IS A SIPPING SPIRIT?

Any spirit can be sipped of course, but the finer the spirit the more likely it is to be sipped rather than as a shot or mixed cocktail. Spirits like these are most often well

aged and best enjoyed slowly. Perhaps after dinner while enjoying dessert.

FINE COGNAC

12

C OGNAC

The region and the beverage Cognac has a long history and involves all kind of nations, merchants, kings and aristocrats, natural catastrophes, wars and cold winters. Despite all this, the product kept getting better and better, century after century. As Napolean and James Bond have in done the past, we encourage you to do so today.

REMY MARTIN LOUIS XIII

Produced by the House of Rémy Martin, a company headquartered in the town of Cognac, in the department of Charente, France. The House was founded in 1724 by Rémy Martin, who descended from wine makers from Charente. The decanter’s origins date back to the late nineteenth century. In 1850, Rémy Martin V came into possession of a metallic flask supposedly discovered at the site of the 1569 Battle of Jarnac. In 1874, in honour of the House’s 150th anniversary, he designed a glass replica of the flask to use as the vessel for his cognac, which was named “Grande Champagne Very Old – Age Unknown.” The name Louis XIII was chosen later on, as a tribute to King Louis XIII , who encouraged the sale of eaux-de-vie under his reign.

HENNESSEY RICHARD

A tribute to Richard Hennessy, who founded his enterprise in 1765, this Cognac is the embodiment of over 250 years of the history, knowledge and expertise of the Hennessy Maison. Created for connoisseurs of the greatest Cognacs, it brings together the past and the present in a blossoming encounter.
