Limits
• The maximum number of users (employees) is 40 - in addition to 10 contactless cards already included in the Kit, you can purchase a maximum of 30 cards
• Kit is intended only for Time and Attendance in small companies with simple timetables
• Connecting more separate Kits into a singe system is not possible

• It consists of a web server and user application
• The user needs only a web browser through which he can access the V8 Kit user application
• The Main window of the program shows the history of the last recorded events
• recording of specific events (business, private and exceptional exits), lunches, leaves, sick days …

Adding user
• Clicking the “Add” button will open a new window where you can enter user’s information
• Determine a timetable for the user and enter his user card
• You can determine a password for the user to login into the program

• Clicking the “Events” button will open a new window where you can view and edit user’s individual events
• You can also see data for current period and current year

• Each of months presents its own period. The period is the basis for the calculation of work commitments, hours worked, overtimes, lunches and associated transport costs
Editing Period
• Each period can be determined by number of paid overtime hours and transfer of hours to the next period

• In the “Data for year” window you can determine user’s leave or old leave and maximum number of hours that the user can transfer to the next period
• In the “Day Editing” window you are able to edit events which were registered on the controller, add new events or delete existing events.

• With double click on the event a new window will open where you can enter the start or end time of the event
• For example: manually set the start time of the lunch, leave the end time unfinished 00:00 – event will end when the user registers on the controller

• Report is in .pdf format. It contains all arrivals and exits in a chosen period, statistics of event groups, working hours, overtime, balance and leave state

• Period report displays all working hours that are marked by a certain statistic for one or more users

• Statistics report shows statistics for each day in given period for one or more users

• Each timetable consists of two parts:
- Time intervals (Entry, Exit, Lunch,
Business, Private, Overtime and Exceptional)
- Work obligation for individual daysSelecting timetable for editing

Graphic representation - Entry • Characteristics of each interval can be seen if you place your cursor on the interval
• Picture shows that the interval runs from 00:00 to 7:30, system uses fixed time of arrival (Start 7:30), on the controller is displayed text Flexible entry
• Intervals are defined from Monday to Friday

Adding new timetable
Enter timetable data:
• Name of the timetable
• Work obligation (number of hours that the user must attain on a certain day)
• Start and end time of night work (if company’s work process also takes place at night)

• New timetable can be seen in the timetable selector where you can also edit this timetable

Timetables• With the help of Add, Edit and Remove
buttons we can edit time intervals of the timetable
• Interval description is a name of the time interval and will be displayed on the controller’s LCD when the card is registered
• Enter the beginning and the end of the interval (Start, Stop)
