3.6 Remote voice monitor (requires SIM card have calling feature)This function requires setting the guardian number on the phone APP / PC side and

opening the monitor function at the same time. Dialing to the device phone number by the

guardian number, and the device will answer the call automatically.

3.3 Setting the authorized/guardian number

Before using the device , you have to set a authorized number first,The number can be use to

receive different alarm message , and also can send SMS command to set the device.

Note:All SMS command will valid only sending by authorized number.

� Web platform : Click "settings"to set the authorized/guardian number.

�APP : Click details to edit the authorized/guardian number.

�Web platform: Click "Settings", turn on "Set Voice Monitor Switch" .

Unplug the device cover, insert the SIM card correctly into the slot.

1. Introduction1.1 View of T802

T802 is a powerful and stable performance of the BDS/ GPS rechargeable magnetic intelligent tracker,

with real-time precision positioning, history route playback, portable without wire cut installation,built-

in big rechargeablebattery with different working mode can provide a quite long life battery.

T802 is especially for personal asset tracking, different vehicles management and for

personal use real time spy tracking.

APP : Click "Manage" can set the different alarms switch.The "notify" shows the total alarms of the device , the product has a tamper / light / low

power / vibration / displacement / over speed alarm, etc., in the Web or APP to select the

appropriate alarm to remind the switch.

(1) Low power alarm: When the internal battery voltage is lower than 3.6V, will

automatically send an alarm to the platform.

(2) Tamper alarm: When the equipment tamper switch is detected to be removed, it will

automatically send an alarm to the platform.

(3) Light alarm: equipment installed in the dark, when the device in the photoresistor to

detect the light, it will automatically send an alarm to the platform.

(4) Displacement and vibration alarm: When the device senses that the vehicle is

abnormally vibrated or is illegally moved, it will automatically send an alarm to the

platform.

(5) Over speed alarm: speed alarm to set the speed threshold, when the device speed

exceeds the threshold, it will automatically send an alarm to the platform. The default

speed threshold is 120km / h, and 0 indicates the overspeed alarm is off.

3.10 Set GPS uploading intervalThe GPS default uploading interval is 30 seconds,you can set the minimum to 10 seconds ,

and it will uploading more frequently and correspond will cost more battery and GPRS data.

�Web platform : Click "Settings”-Set GPS upload time interval.

� APP: Click "Manage"-"config"-Set GPS upload time interval.

4. ModesThe T802 can auto-change the working mode in different situations.

Supplement:

*Each time the device wakes up from a low-power mode, it will perform AGPS fast positioning.

If the network abnormality causes the AGPS to fail, it will try several times.

*If the satellite positioning fails, the device will upload base station location data to the server,

base station positioning accuracy is lower than the satellite positioning.

8. Trouble ShootingèT802 is offline?

Solutions: call T802, if it does not answer:

Please confirm that the power supply is connected, and the GSM indicator is lighted.

Please confirm that the SIM card is inserted correctly or its balance is enough.

If it answered, please confirm that the account you logged in is correct.

If it is still offline, please restart the T802.

èGPS positioning is not accurate?

Solution: Please confirm T802 is in outdoor environment, and GPS antenna is not blocked

by metal objects.

The positioning accuracy of GPS is about 10 meters. If the positioning is not so accurate,

the T802 may be in indoor place. If the GPS signal is weak, the Cell-ID positioning would

enable. The positioning accuracy about 10~30m of Cell-ID is usually worse than that of

GPS. You can enable or disable the Cell-ID positioning in the platform.

èCan not remotely listen?

Solutions:

Please confirm that the SIM card in the T802 has the voice call function.

Please confirm that the listening function of T802 is enabled.

èNot this IMEI or User Name?

Solution: Please contact with our service staff, they will add your account into the system.
