    On 4/18/2001, SCHUELER met with the Vice-Director of the/Hotel Nazionle. The Vice-director indicated that he had been at /th e hotel for nine years and this was the first incident of itskind during his tenure. /

    In addition, the incident was reported with the localpolice. The incident was also reported to the FAAACI. the FAA's /internal intelligence data bank. /SCHUELER concluded that the room thefts were "targets ofopportunity," due to forced entry being made into all three rooms,.

They went to Waco to see the 777an d also to San Antonio, Texas to visit the sub-contractor who wasmaking the cabinets for the777.ACI was requested to change the color scheme of theinterior of the 777 to blue and beige, and ACI sent color boardsand the cost o f making the changes to KHAN. The change would cost$7.5 million to $8 million and would take a year to complete. Theyhave not received any notice from KHAN to make the changes.EMERY stated that part of the 777 can convert to a fullmedical ICU unit. According to EMERY, this modication is made
