T3103A(ms) Parameter Name T3103A(ms) Description In an intra-BSC handover, the timer T3103 is initiated after the BSC sends a handover command. Before the timer T3103 expires, the timer stops if the BSC receives a Handover Complete message. After the timer expires, the BSC sends a handover failure message. GUI Value Range [500,60000] Default Value 10000 Unit Milliseconds Step - Modification Rules None Configuration Policy If this timer is set to a higher value, this may waste the channel resources and cause the congestion. If this timer is set to a lower value, this may influence the handover success rate.
