Spotlight on… Archana Premnath

Her Native Genius Label reads The Designer

In the spotlight this month is Archana as she celebrates 11 years with biz in August. Archie joined biz as a young shy girl in reception and with drive and hard work she added MBA to her list of achievements and today she plays a vital role in biz-ability and the management team of biz. Calm & Caring of nature Archana is passionate about designing and creating WOW moments for people, clearly evident within her CS team. Her dreams become her reality and she is doing it all, from having the wedding of her dreams to parasailing, fishing, hot air ballooning, travelling for work, going to the Maldives and taking her mom to Canada for vacation and yet there is more to conquer. She enjoys life and is always on the lookout for that next passionate idea. Archie added “motherhood” to her list recently when she and Dushi introduced us to one tiny little bundle of joy named Arianna* who possess a smile that will no doubt melt those around her forever more. * (from Greek origin meaning Very Holy)

Summer is a quiet time for biz-events, as evidenced by the fact that we have been eating ice cream in the sunshine whilst the tumbleweed blows down the road. Most people have taken time to have a holiday and recharge before the busy season picks up. Destinations include Canada, UK, Australia, Africa and Italy. We have had events with BAT, Nestle, Puig, and Tabreed, and we have made significant steps forward on our efficiency ROCK – currently sitting at 79% complete. Getting ready for the onslaught!
