Bean Around the World will also be available in Arabic by end of the month as we are using it for an event in Saudi.

Did you know: Dennis is running the first Arabic GO TEAM event in Saudi this week. Sabrina is off to Baku to run CSI, Human Bingo, N4S and SWAMP.

What a fabulous job Lani did with the branding of NBAD cube! (Similar to our Dynamite biz cube!) Without her thoughtful planning and

oversight, an undertaking like this would have been nearly impossible! She has a habit of outdoing everyone else, but this time she outdid

herself. Well done!

NEW CLIENTS

International jewelers TIFFANY & CO. have hired a new manager who booked a High Performing Teams workshop which went down well, and could lead to more training. DRAGON OIL and EMIRATES AVIATION COLLEGE also booked their first events with us.

BIG SPENDERS

We had a big No Limitz for ROCHE for 320 people, and METLIFE have purchased 3 times Orchestrates after hearing about the great Orchestrate we did with Travelport earlier this year.

THIRD PARTY/AGENCIES

We had some good activity with 3rd Party clients; ARABIAN ADVENTURES had 3 client events with us in March, SWEETWATER COMMUNICATIONS working on behalf of the biggest pharma company in the world Glaxo Smith Kline and BLINK EXPERIENCE have booked three events for 200 people in Jeddah for their client BAT (British American Tobacco).

Other clients we have worked with include ETIHAD AIRWAYS, DP WORLD, GENERAL MOTORS, PROCTER & GAMBLE and ABBOTT.

It was great meeting you and I thought that you and your team were professional, fun and organized. Thank you for such a great afternoon, the whole team enjoyed themselves. Combining Strengths

Thank you for the combined efforts of the bizzers who volunteered to help out for our monthly newsletter, titles ‘biz-buzz’.

Genuinely Care About Delivering Results

Allison has provided some great financial support and analysis to clients and to biz this week. She worked

with HJ to help a Strategy client Dashing Nails, make some tough decisions based on their 2014 P&L and Balance Sheet. The information proved hugely valuable. At the same time we received a Financial Benchmarking study from ISA Connection (the conference HJ attended). It maps out how biz is performing against our peers with companies $5m in revenue and above. The insights Allison has provided makes HJ’s job much easier as we explore how to make the business work better.

BM and HC went loaded with great visuals to the NBAD customer service pitch last week excited to present what is a solid formula for success. It was marvelous to see the engagement of the client and to hear such great feedback afterwards on the speed with which the team had turned around a great presentation and visuals that all far exceeded their expectations! Well done to Archana, Lani, Bev and HC for turning this around so quickly with our usual high quality. We just now need to put out all those positive vibes for this turning into a confirmed piece of business!

Both Nadeen and Laura received positive initial feedback as they kicked off their first sessions on the du project, working with a client with high expectations isn’t easy, but both showed their commitment to delivering an excellent product.

Sabiha and Archana have made significant steps forward in the creation of a full service Sales Support function within biz-groups Training and Strategy Facilitation business’, implementing new templates and cheat sheets to help the sales team progress towards an 80/20 Sales/Admin time split. Great work so far, looking forward to much more from this initiative.

Barry has been very busy compiling our submission for DubaiSME100, with some input from Bev and Allison. We will be sending off our submission (along with a lot of positive wishes) this week….great job Barry!!

Biz-energy

Dennis doesn’t win bizzer of the year for nothing. As I type he’s packing his bags for yet another trip to Saudi. He even pushed his holiday back 24 hours voluntarily in order for us to be able to take on this job. It has been an extremely difficult and pressurized project and he has remained as calm as can be expected. We talk about Level 3 commitment being the highest you can achieve, well we think this is level 4 – and we are extremely grateful for his efforts. I am sure he is looking forward to his trip to Peru – relax and enjoy! Watch your coat tails though Dennis, Sabrina is off to follow in Nicole’s footsteps for a 3 day trip to Azerbaijan this weekend!

It was great having Mimi (Luke’s daughter) here at biz last week for her work experience as part of her school’s curriculum. Charmaine, Sheilvy, Tania, Shamna, Zeeba, Sabiha, Barry and Jhon did a great job at not only showing her the various aspects of biz but giving Mimi a true taste and experience of the biz-culture and our biz-energy. Many thanks to each of you for making her work experience fruitful and memorable. Mimi ended the week by participating in a video interview which Jhon compiled in record time!

Believed Anything is Possible

Shamna took on the driving role on the Single Source of Truth Project early in the trimester and has demonstrated fantastic work

ethic, managing a number of contributors from the Consulting and Sales teams. She has shown definite A Player capability on this

project and taken no prisoners in enforcing deadlines for delivery, awesome work

Tell You What You Need to Hear

Nicky through her project management of Du has been reflecting on how we manage projects and in particular the R & D element. She spent valuable time listening to consultants and putting a great feedback document together which she then presented to HC. Great to get such tangible feedback and to see a real body of desire from Nicky and the consulting team to making our systems and processes work in a more streamlined and win-win fashion. Fabulous input and thanks for all caring so much.

Supporting People’s Personal Growth

HC and Luke had the pleasure of running Day 1 of Think On Your Feet, our newest premium product, with a group of bizzers last week. Both were impressed not just at the speed in which the group picked up the concepts but also the focus they gave in the training room despite all being really busy with client work. It was a joy and a lot of fun to work with you all and looking forward to day 2.

It’s time to say farewell to Brian. We are very sad to see him go, he’s been such an integral part of the biz-family since he washed up on our door step (excuse the dragon boating pun) 3 years ago. We are always very sad to see good bizzers go but we are pleased that he goes with our blessing and best wishes for an exciting future back home in Canada. Something tells me that we won’t have seen the last of Brian, we hope he visits (and I am sure Dennis does too!) And doesn’t become a stranger. Good luck with everything Brian, we miss you already!

Following recent Go Team training, several of our event managers have embraced the technological requirements of Go Team and are independently running this activity with clients. This was a real bottle neck for us as Dennis was the only person initially who could run it, but thanks to his training, we have now got Nicki Smith, Nikki Cunich, Julie, and Sabrina have already run their own Go Teams, with Jay, Karen and Tania also trained to do so. Great diversification and a ‘can do’ attitude to solve a problem we no longer have!
