1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
Please note below safety note to prevent being hurt or causing damage of the
product or any other related parts. Please always follow our regulation to use
our product.
1. Please read the user manual carefully, and always follow it to operate.
2. Please always choose the cables according the safety requirement &
certification of your Country, otherwise it might cause problems.
3. Please always cut the power off before you connect the input power
cables.
4. Please always cut the power off before you connect the output cables.
5. Please do not touch the input or output cables when the power is on.
6. Please do now move the devise when the power is on.
7. The system will be shut down by overheat; please do not cover heating
spread system.
8. Please keep the surface of the devise dry and clean, make sure the small
metal articles won’t drop into the device.
9. 9、The device is still with high voltage inside after cut off the power, please
do not open the case or touch the internal parts, it will be only safe after the
capacitance released.
10. Ground terminal must be connected to the ground,(The resistance is less
than 10Ω),the wider the better for wire diameter, and it shall be as near as
possible to the device, as short as possible.

2, Product introduction.
2.1 Overview
This device is integrated with PV charger and Inverter, with low power
consumption display panel, Real-time display all the parameters of the PV
charge and inverter.
2.1.1 Charging function of the battery.
PV charger is using three stage charging method, in the battery voltage
detection after boot, it judges the charging mode. When the battery is over
discharged, PV charger will be automatically converted to Trickle charge
mode, after the voltage rise to 48V, it will be switched to MPPT charging. If
the battery voltage detection is >43.2V, MPPT charge will be active directly;
In the process of charging, if the voltage >57.6V, it will be converted to 56V
constant voltage charging mode, if the current of constant voltage charging
is less than 1A, it will be switched to 55.2V floating charging mode,
If the current is less than 0.6A, there will be notice on LCD screen to show
the battery is full. The charger is with below characteristics.
(1) With MPPT Solar charging function.
(2) Automatically switching in charging modes according the status of battery
(Trickle charge mode, MPPT charging mode, constant voltage charging
mode, floating charging mode)
(3) Overvoltage & undervoltage protection:The life of the battery will be
affected by the long time charging or discharging, TEC3000 is with charging
protection function. Protective action active when <43.2V or >62V.
(4) Backflow prevention function: Charger MCU real-time monitors PV voltage
and the voltage of the battery, disconnect the PV input on time; avoid battery
current intrusion which will damage to the PV panel when the PV voltage is
lower than battery voltage.

2.1.2 main features of Sine wave inverter power supply
(1) With the high performance macrochip MCU control.
(2) With the SPWM pulse width modulation technology, output pure sine
wave with stable frequency, stable voltage, low distortion
(3) When the voltage of battery is lower than protection value, the invert
stop output, system switches to mains, after the battery recover, the
invert power supply active.
(4) The inverter automatic protects itself according to the overload value.

3.Installation and operation
3.1 unpacking Storage, Transportation
3.1.1 Unpacking
The device has passed strictly inspect before shipment, but it
could be damaged in transportation. So please check if all the
parts below are complete, also please check the model according
the purchase order.

3.1.2 Storage
The storage of the device must be according below point to prevent the
harmful effect.
☉ Device must be in a clean, dry and ventilated place.
☉ Environment temperature between -20℃~50℃
☉ Environment humidity must be below 90%, and no condensation.
☉ Must be away from corrosive gas or liquid
☉ The device must be power on each six months at least to prevent the
electrolytic capacitor inside the device dried-up.
3.1.3 Transportation
The device must be avoided vibration, drop and knock; it is also strictly
prohibited to invert or incline the packing box.

3.3 Installation and using
3.3.1 Electric connection
a) Please check the case, and contact us if the case is out of shape.
b) Please check and prepare the breaker as below parts before
Wiring.
PV Breaker 63A;
Battery Breaker 125A;
AC Breaker 20A;
Please connect the terminal cables according below picture.
1. PV+、PV-、BAT+、BAT- terminals set accordingly as below picture:
Note: Do not opposite the anode and cathode
2. 220V AC connects output L, N terminal, as over picture.

3.3.2 Operation steps
After connect the cables, close the breaker of PV and battery, and turn on
the power supply, the PWR lamp on, LCD screen on, after T-SOL log
apparent, it enters main interface.
CHA&INV: OFF

Mode section
PV charge and inverter are working at the same time.
CHARGE PV charger works alone.
INVERT Inverter works alone.
Users select the work mode according to their own needs; Default option
is CHA&INV, press “enter”, to start work after self -checking, CHA and INV
lamps on. LCD screen shows parameter Interface. Charge and Invert
parameter display alternately.

To choose PV Charger mode, put the cursor on CHARGE, press “Enter”, to
start work after self-checking, CHA lamp on, LCD screen shows charging
parameter interface.
To choose invert mode, put the cursor on INVERT, press “Enter”, to start
work after self-checking, INV lamp on, LCD screen shows invert parameter
interface.
If there is fault in self-checking, the reason will be shown on LCD screen,

but won’t affect the work of other part, example: self -checking PV voltage is
low, charger stop working, stand by; inverter part is ok, then only the
inverter starts, after PV voltage is right, the charger will be started again.
Mode switching,
Users press ESC button to switch to other mode when the devise is on, put
the cursor on target mode, press enter, the device switches to target mode.
1、 Shut down: press ESC button, return to last menu, put cursor on
“STOP”, press , device stop working, and then cut down the
power.
5、Fault indicator : It’s on when the device has fault.
