Risk:Cattle become the risk of buyer as soon as sold.

Delivery:Cattle are available for shipping on January 23rd. Buyers are responsible for shipping. We will assist buyers as much as possible to acquire least cost loads. Cattle that remain at the farm past 30 days will be charged $2.00/day.

Sale Day: The conference call auction will begin promptly at 7 PM ET on January 22, 2021. So, we are asking all buyers to register for a bidders' number prior to 7 PM by calling Ezra Swope at 814-977-6167. Ezra will be availablefor registering from 5 PM till sale time. Health/Vaccine:All cattle have been treated with CattleMaster Gold FP5,Ultrabac7, Cydectin Pour on and have been Johne’s tested and are negative.
