the ground, where the turnstile will be mounted.
Drill 8 cm deeped marked mounting holes by 12mm drill top as using drill and hilt
.While drilling, make sure to drill or hilt to be upright positions.
Fix the steel anchors to the drilled holes. If the ground is not strong, fix the steel
anchors using chemical soil mixture (recommended one is Hilti HIT HY 150 ).Wait 20
minutes for hardening of chemical soil mixture. After be sure steel anchours will not
remove up, place the turnstile on floor. After check the last time, screw the bolts and
nuts not to have any gap between turnstile and floor.
Connect energy cable to 220 VAC line with 6A fuse.

Check if the locking pins are damaged when turnstile is in closed
position.. Kolda aşırı boşluk oluşmuş ya da kilitleme fonksiyonunda sorunlar varsa yedek parça tedarik edilerek aşınan ve zarar gören
parçalar değiştirilir.
Turnstile Connection Cables
12 Months Control Control the cables coming from selenoid and microswithces ( just visually ). And check the tightness and connections of Mega radar 10 clip screws.
Coupling 12 Months Control Kayar Kaplinin motor ile mil arasında düzgün çalışıp çalışmadığı
gözlemlenir. Kaplinde herhangi bir problem varsa yenisi ile değiştirilir.
Electornic Equipment and Cabling
Electronic Boards And Cabling
12 Months Control&Cleaning
Check the connectors of passing cables between boards and from boards to turnstile.Turnikeye geçiş verilerek turnikenin çalışması gözlemlenir. If there is not any problem with turnstile operating, it means systems is functioning properly. If any problem is observed, replace the boards with new ones. Note: For cleaning, Würth brand oxide cleaner is suggested.
