IBM Maintenance is obligated to repair the damaged component within their »Fix Time« commitment. The Customer is encouraged to restore operation of applications.

COMPAREX is obligated to restore the operation of the application environment within a specified time. Under circumstances of a hardware failure, COMPAREX performs a preliminary diagnosis and coordinates HWMA repairs. After completion of hardware repairs, COMPAREX restores the operating status from before the failure.
Periodic change of hardware microcode. Full Proactive Service, including capacity planning and reporting. Periodic reviews of the hardware and application environments, system tuning, upgrades and patches.
The customer is provided with the pool of hours any additional services, related to the hardware and application environments.
