A: Vigillo is an online service used to monitor and analyze CSA data. Q: Which Scorecards should I use? A: Use cases vary. Start with the Carrier Scorecard. This is provided DOT level CSA details. Q: Where does Vigillo get this data? A: Vigillo does not create any CSA data. All data comes directly from the FMCSA. Vigillo gets all data from the FMCSA Portal. Q: What should I do if I see a mistake on a scorecard? A: First confirm if the data is correct within the FMCSA Portal A: If data is not correct on Portal, you may need to submit a DataQ to resolve the error or conflict A: Once the DataQ is approved AND the FMCSA data is updated to reflect the corrected action, then notify Vigillo support @ [email protected] and request a “Post DataQ – Data Refresh”. Scorecard/Data Questions Q: What is the Carrier Scorecard? A: Carrier/DOT level scores. Understand your carrier percentile ranking (for 7 BASIC categories) § Access to detailed BASIC analysis § Identify “top” violations Q: How to I view only my drivers? A: View Custom Groups scorecard Q: What if I have a DOT that is shared across multiple Operating Companies? A: User access is set for a specific Operating Company. If you require access to multiple OpCos, please contact Vigillo support. Q: How does the FMCSA data flow (timing?) A: FMCSA data (and the carrier scorecard) are updated one time per month.
