She is equipped with a degree in electrical engineering and with more than ten (10) years hands-on experience in manufacturing, insurance and financial management. She is an examiner of the prestigious Philippine Quality Award (PQA) under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The PQA is the highest level of national recognition for performance excellence that a Philippine organization can receive. Just recently, Miciel just completed her second degree – BS Nursing.
