We shall implement an integrated quality, environment, safety and health management system that will constitute an integral part of our performance in consultancy and training services, and which shall be a prime responsibility of all personnel at all levels. CODE OF CONDUCT This Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements placed on Synerquest’s management and employees, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers of goods and services concerning their responsibilities towards its stakeholders and the environment. Specifically, we declare the following: Comply, as a minimum, with all applicable laws and regulations in the country and where practicable, improve on the specified performance standards; Not to engage in any form of corruption or bribery, including any payment or other form of benefit conferred on any government official or clients/customers for the purpose of influencing decision making in violation of any law or moral conduct; To promote equal opportunities for and treatment of its employees irrespective of skin color, race, dialect, social and educational background, disabilities, sexual orientation, political or religious belief, sex or age; Improve our management of quality, environment, safety and health to reduce work- related illnesses/accidents, environmental pollution, and promote the efficient use of energy, water and other resources, while ensuring customer satisfaction; and Require all our main suppliers and contractors to accept our quality, environment, safety and health standards and code of conduct. We shall take the necessary measures to ensure that this Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Policy and Code of Conduct is understood, observed and integrated in our way of life. Engr. Robert C.
