The Synergy standard of excellence now expands beyond the corporate apartment and into the palm of your

hand. Synergy’s mobile app will allow users to search for furnished accommodations worldwide, view photos,

see featured properties and specials or simply learn more about Synergy and our services.

Synergy guests with a confirmed reservation can use the app’s secure login by simply entering their email address

and confirmation number. After login, guests will have access to all their booking details to include arrival date,

departure date, address and how to pick-up keys. Guests can even get directions to their apartment with a simple

push of a button. The Around Me function allows guests to find out what’s close by their apartment location such

as grocery stores, restaurants or entertainment.

guest to receive timely messages regarding check-in time, verification of on-site contact personnel, updates

to their itinerary and access to answers to any of your guest’s questions.

We know traveling can be exhausting so Synergy takes away the stress of having to sift through hundreds

of emails by simply texting all the pertinent information on the day of your guest’s arrival. Everything will be

at the tip of your fingers, when you need it and as you need it.

Personalized Service


Meet and GreetWe’ll be there to welcome you...Synergy Corporate Housing now offers a Meet & Greet service for our incoming guests. The process is very simple and we believe will make checking in that much easier for certain guests that may need a little assistance.

ProcessWhen the traveler arrives at the airport they call us at

1.800.600.1115. This number is on their confirmation

letter. They provide us with their name and confirmation

number from the confirmation letter. We then advise

the guest that we will meet them in one hour in front

of the leasing office of the property where they will be

staying. A Synergy representative will meet them in

front of the leasing office and personally escort them

to their apartment. They will assist with a few pieces

of luggage as well as getting keys out of the lockbox

and make sure they get in safely.

GuidelinesSynergy’s Meet & Greet service is designed

especially with our International visitors in

mind. Request for Meet & Greet must be

placed at time of booking reservation. We

will ask for their flight information and a cell

phone number. Synergy Corporate Housing

will conduct the Meet & Greet service 7 days a

week until 10:00 p.m.

Synergy Expands International Platform with Opening of Global Solutions Center in Singapore

Synergy Corporate Housing, one of the world’s most innovative and fastest-growing corporate housing providers, is expanding its international platform with the upcoming

addition of a Global Solutions Center in Singapore. The new office will open in mid-February under the direction of Diana Ong to serve growing demand for Synergy’s world-class

temporary housing accommodations and service in the Asia Pacific (APAC) Region. Serving a roster of corporate clientele that includes many Fortune 500 companies, Synergy

provides housing solutions in over 40 countries worldwide. “The Singapore center will allow us to provide an even higher level of service and support to our existing and future

clients and partners throughout APAC,” said Robert McDaniel, Executive Vice President with Synergy. “Having a strong on-the-ground presence in Singapore, one of the largest

markets in Asia, will allow us to keep pace with our tremendous international growth while providing the exceptional customer care companies have come to expect from

Synergy.” Singapore is Synergy’s second Global Solutions Center. The first opened in 2011 in Dublin, Ireland, to serve Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Global and

domestic reservations are also handled from the firm’s corporate headquarters in San Ramon and offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and San Diego.

As Synergy’s Manager of Global Solutions, APAC, Diana Ong will play a key role in building the Singapore office with an experienced team dedicated to providing strong

communication and a close working relationship with Synergy’s provider partners and clients in the region. Born in Malaysia and a resident of Singapore, Ong brings 17 years of

corporate housing and hospitality experience to her position with Synergy. For the past six years, she was affiliated with one of the world’s largest corporate housing providers

where she managed customer fulfillment. She previously worked for Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Singapore, and Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Penang, Malaysia. “Diana’s wealth of

knowledge in the corporate housing and hotel industries will be invaluable to us as we look to form closer working relationships with our APAC provider partners and further

enhance the experience of our clients who look to Synergy for their global corporate housing accommodations,” said McDaniel.
