Mr. J.R. Tanti, is an architect by profession and a crusader for responsive and

responsible infrastructure by choice.

With an experience of over 26 years, Mr. Tanti has commissioned large scale

industrial project for wind energy and various other sectors. A keen learner, he

has consistently added to his repertoire of skills with practical innovations and

hands on experience.

Having executed over 100 projects globally, Mr. Tanti has spearheaded three hi-tech engineering Special

Economic Zones admeasuring over 1400 acres in three different Indian States which are fully operational and

performing. The Suzlon One Earth project is a marvel project epitomizing green and sustainability values for

Infrastructure and is globally acclaimed. This global HQ of Suzlon Group is one of the largest corporate campus

in green and sustainable infrastructure, rated LEED Platinum and GRIHA five stars, a trend setting state of the

art structure which has set many benchmarks in the infrastructure industry.

Under Mr. Tanti's leadership, the company has developed and incorporated various initiatives like

'Sustainability & Responsibility', 'New & Relevant Technology' and 'Business Excellence' which have become

intrinsic in day to day operations. Re-designing boundaries and expanding horizons are Mr. Tanti's hallmarks,

Global Head Quarters of Suzlon Group

A benchmark project in green and sustainable infrastructure spread across 10 acres with a built up of approx. 820,000

sq. ft. This corporate campus which is the global headquarters of Suzlon Energy Ltd. at Pune, is heralded as a world

acclaimed green building in complete alignment with the client’s mission of ‘Powering a Greener Tomorrow, Today.’

Suzlon One Earth, a project conceived, managed and executed by Synefra. was recently awarded as the Regional

Winner in Asia Pacific, in the category of “Best Office Development” at the International Property Awards 2011.

Suzlon One Earth has highest ratings from both LEED India and GRIHA. It achieved Leed Platinum Certification with 57

points for ‘Building in the New Construction' category and GRIHA - 5 star certification rating with 96 points.

Suzlon Excellence Academy

Within Suzlon One Earth campus is a dedicated 1,00,000 sq. ft. Learning

& Development academy with 7 learning spaces, a theatre, a library,
