SynDaver EKG Simulator Bluetooth Connection Procedure

1. Go into android system settings and select Bluetooth.

2. Within the Bluetooth menu pair your two android devices.

3. Open the SynDaver EKG Simulator App on both devices.

4. Enter the control page on the device you would like to control with and check the instructor mode box.

5. On the display device click the Bluetooth icon in the upper right corner and select the control device you set as

instructor in the previous step.

Nexus 7 (Display Tablet)

Galaxy Tab 4 (Control Tablet)

Click the button to scan for devices

Once the device appears under available devices touch it to connect both

devices should then have a pairing request box which you will have to

confirm on both devices

On the control device touch the gear icon in the lower right corner

On the control device click the instructor mode box

If the connection between the devices is lost accidently the instructor mode checkbox must be cleared and rechecked on

the control device then click the Bluetooth connection and reselect the control device from the display device.

Click the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner on the display tablet then

select the control device to connect

When the display is paired with the control the Bluetooth icon will turn

blue to indicate a connection

In instructor mode the save button turns into send after making

changes press send to send them to the display device
