CONSTRUCTION NOTES

Sylvan Shores is a Residential Community that is governed by Covenants & Restrictions and By-Laws.

Stick Built Houses (on-site) or Wood-Framed Modular Homes with a minimum 600 square foot foundation may be built in all eight of the subdivisions. Mobile and Manufactured homes with a minimum of 480 square feet are allowed in Sylvan Shores Villa and Timber Ridge. The value of the home must exceed $20,000.00.

Additional Notes: This book does not include all properties that are for sale

within Sylvan Shores. There is a large map located on the window outside the office

in the clubhouse. Realtors and Todd County may have additional properties for

sale. Sylvan Shores Property Owners Association does not

participate in the legal transfer of properties. You must seek legal advice from an independent source.
