Responsibilities:
Study and review of ITT (invitation to tender) documents to analyze and accurately assess all ITT
requirements.
Review client provided specifications and data sheet as part of ITT.
Estimation of resource requirement and development of manpower and equipment deployments.
Preparation of ITT clarification for client response and analysis of client response.
Meeting with client representative to clarify scope and propose recommendations.
Conducting site visit for detailed understanding of scope of required work.
Liaison with internal company departments, procurement groups, material suppliers, vendors and sub-
contractor for accurate and timely receipt of quotation.
Preparation of RFQs for subcontractors and vendors.
Liaison with contracts department for resolution of contractual ambiguities in ITT.
Cost benefit analysis of resource deployment methodologies and subcontractor and procurement groups
submitted quotations.
Meeting with subcontractors for quotation negotiations.
Development of resource allocation strategy across ongoing projects to ensure optimized utilization for
ongoing proposals.
Development of initial project schedule and project master plan.
Preparation of techno-commercial proposals for management review.
Responding to client queries regarding submitted proposals.
Preparing bid package for site execution team for awarded proposals.
Development of mobilization and deployment plan for awarded proposals.
Preparation of level-I, Level-II, Level-II & Detailed Level IV plan for shutdown phase using project planning
tool software.
Preparation and maintenance of overall project schedule in Primavera P6, with cost and resource loading to
ensure optimization of resources and control of all associated project work.
Mobilization of manpower and resources for job execution
Developing and finalizing project baseline plans.
Defining daily targets and ensuring work front availability.
Evaluation of workloads and managing and leveling resource utilization based on prioritization of work
Implementation of project quality and safety standards.
Regular progress monitoring using project management tools and ensuring negligible deviation from baseline
plan.
Regular development of Project S-Curve to monitor execution time and resource utilization and preparation of
progress reports for management and client.
Timely alarming PM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its
effects on our completion date of the projects.
Preparing look ahead and recovery plans for timely completion of scope of work.
Responsible and accountable for remaining within budget and other targets for optimizing final cost and
schedule.
Preparing latest forecast plans and cost analysis.
Close coordination with client and subcontractors for resolution of interfaces and concerns.
Identifying additional scope of work and preparation claim and variation orders.
Reviewing analytical studies and preparing cost deviation reports for management meetings.
Ensuring timely completion of job and within set budget targets.
Reviewing and analyzing claims from subcontractor with respect to contractual terms and conditions.
Development of project closes reports and cost analysis.
Identifying key areas of improvement and initiation of SOP for next project.
