John Holland will draw on its extensive experience delivering major global sporting developments to deliver a world-class facility that attracts bigger and better events. The project team is committed to working closely with surrounding neighbours to deliver the project safely. A transformative pre-employment program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is being established on the project as well as sourcing goods and services from Aboriginal owned and managed businesses to deliver construction, supply chain and support services. Stage 2 planning approval The NSW Government has announced that the Stage 2 State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for detailed design, construction and operation has received approval from the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces. A copy of the determination and all associated planning documents can be found here: www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major- projects/project/10736 The conditions of consent require a number of management plans to be prepared prior to work starting. These can be found on the project website: insw.com/sfs It is anticipated that construction activities will have less impact than demolition activities given the different nature of works required.

Work UpdateLendlease has completed all above ground demolition and ground piling demolition works and has handed the site over to John Holland.

Detailed service and geotechnical investigations are underway, with bulk earthworks expected to commence in late March, subject to relevant planning approvals.

The first nine months of construction comprises of setting up the site office and undertaking civil construction works including piling works and bulk earthworks.

The following points outline the expected annual construction activities:

— 2020 – earthworks, piling and basement construction

— 2021 – completion of the structure

— 2022 – completion of the building and public domain, including installation of the roof, façade and internal fit-out.

Rearranging existing and installing new noise, vibration and dust monitors will ensure thresholds are not exceeded during construction work.

John Holland will commence Stage 2 of the stadium in late March 2020 with bulk earthworks

Working hours — Monday to Friday – between 7am and 6pm inclusive

— Saturday – between 8am and 1pm

— No construction work may be carried out on Sundays or Public Holidays.
