• Up to 6,000 volunteers, officials & staff (inc 500 medical)

Accreditation
• Official Accreditation Pass and Lanyard
• Must be worn at all times with your uniform
• If misplaced, visit the Games Centre before your next shift or obtain a day pass at your venue
• MUST bring photo ID with you to collect your accreditation

• Cap• Poncho• Drink Bottle• Bumbag• Sunscreen• Pen• Workforce Pocket Guide
Keep in mind where you will store your belongings while on duty – venues do not have safe, lockable areas

Transport
• Free access to Sydney suburban trains, buses and ferries when in uniform and wearing your accreditation pass (includes CityRail Nightride Buses)
• Operates from Tuesday 6 October 2009 to Monday 19 October 2009
• Games Shuttle Bus Service will operate between most Games Venues and their closest Transport Hub (eg train station)

• Car parking at Games Venues can be limited and is not guaranteed

Tea / Coffee
• Tea/Coffee– By voucher or continuous service
dependant on venue
• Fill your drink bottle before each shift to keep up your fluids

A Day in the Life of the Games
• Arrive 15 mins before your rostered start time• Check-in at the Workforce Check-in & Break Area (see the Venue
Supervisor)• Report to the first aid room or marquee • Break (during quiet time or as arranged with the Competition
Manager and other medical personnel)• Handover to the next rostered medical workforce (if necessary)• Return any equipment• Check-out with the Venue Supervisor
