WIRE ROPE HOIST

Triple reduction hoist gearing is oil bath lubricated, operating in an oil-tight, cast aluminum gear case

2-Speed Motor with a 4:1 ratio from high to low speed. Low speed provides precise load handling, while high speed

allows for fast throughput

Machined Wire Rope Drum made of quality steel and deep-grooved

with a rope guide to help ensure the rope stays in the grooves

Reeved to a low-headroom lower block for minimum headroom and

maximum lift

Wire rope is secured to the drum with 3 heavy, ductile iron clamps and

designed to have 3 extra wraps of wire rope on the drum with the rope

PROFILE CRANES

STORING SOLUTIONS CRANES

Tantragna stacker cranes are used in existing or new stores for different articles in standardized pallets / platform, etc. High

raise stacking allows customer to store their stock items in organized pattern by utilizing the height of the building. It allows

customer to stock more item in less area. Single crane can serve multiple aisles based on customer site conditions.

The organized stacking will help customer to store the different items in different levels, which helps them in identifying the

parts to be ordered, to keep the minimum buffer for their regular usage.

The crane is run on standard electrical hoist, which allow it on regular power supply, which works out more economical

against other floor operated Stacker cranes that run through battery/diesel, which works out cost. The crane will also be

operated through regular crane operator against other floor operated Stacker system, which will be run by specialized

person. Floor operated system requires more aisle space, reduced load carrying capacity to reach the high level racks,

which were eliminated in Tantragna Store crane. Tantragna crane is fitted with heavy duty wire rope winch, which reduces

the maintenance time and running cost of the equipment.

YALE LIFT 360 HAND CHAIN HOIST

E A Unique and Innovative Design

The new 360° rotating hand chain guide allows hoist operations from various angles. The

operator is no longer directly within the danger zone beneath the load. The flexibility of the hoist

allows the operator to work directly above the load.

E Corrosion Resistance CR: Added Lifetime

Completely corrosion resistant units with either zinc-plated or stainless steel load chains should

be used in all conditions with increased requirements for corrosion protection.

E Spark Resistant Features: Added Safety

All models of the Yale lift Vario programmer can be provided with the following optional

features for additional protection against sparking. Load and hand chains from stainless steel,

units completely corrosion resistant, bronze-plated suspension and load hooks, solid bronze

trolley wheels, rubber buffers chain containers.

E Overload Protection: Added Control

The overload protection device of the Yale lift Vario program reliably prevents excessive load

take-up of the hoist during operation. When reaching the pre-set overload value, the unit will

jam and stop operation in the lifting direction. Lowering of the load is still possible at any time.

The overload protection device provides additional safety with regard to possible false

estimation of the load weight and thus increases the lifetime of the hoist.
