A. Call 1-800-282-3000 to shop by phone. If you prefer to shop online at Melaleuca.com, contact us for your customer membership number.

Q. When can I shop?

A. Our friendly employees are ready to take your order directly by phone. Weekday phone ordering hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (MT) and Saturdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We’re closed Sundays and major holidays, but you can shop 24 hours, 7 days a week at Melaleuca.com.

Q. What is a Preferred Customer?

A. Preferred Customers shop with Melaleuca at least once per month and order at least 35 Product Points monthly. Preferred Customers receive a 30%–40% discount off the regular price on products and receive exclusive access to Preferred Customer benefits.

Q. What are Loyalty Shopping Dollars?

A. As a thank you, Melaleuca rewards all new customers with $24 Loyalty Shopping Dollars a month for five months, beginning the month after your month of enrollment. That’s $120 that can be used to buy some of our most popular products. To qualify, you must use the Dollars in the month that they are earned and after placing your 35 Product Point monthly order. (See pages 22–23 for details.)

A. Yes. Sign up for a monthly reminder through ExpressLink™. Just click on the ExpressLink button on Melaleuca.com, then set the date you would like to receive a friendly shopping reminder.

Q. How do I tell my friends about Melaleuca?

A. It’s understandable that you would want to share Melaleuca’s world-class products with your friends and family. As a catalogue- and referral-based company, Melaleuca not only makes this process easy, we make it rewarding as well. Telling your friends

Q. Why does Melaleuca have Product Points?

A. Each product is assigned a point value. This value is important for three reasons:

Q. What if I forget to shop and place an order?
