About Wenger

Wenger was founded in Delémont in

Switzerland’s famous Jura mountains

in 1893. This is where Wenger still

manufactures the world renowned genuine

Swiss Army Knife. With this legendary

icon as evidence, it’s no wonder that

the company’s success has always

been based on a passion for innovation,

precision and outstanding craftsmanship.

The first Wenger multi-functional Swiss

Army Knife featured a sharp blade,

Each EvoWood knife is an original piece

of functional art, with distinctive handles

made from Swiss Walnut. Wenger is

committed to protecting the environment

and these new products, which are

“grown” in Switzerland, demonstrate

the innovative ways in which we can

approach production to help conservation.

The handles for each of these knives are

constructed from sustainable top quality

walnut using what would otherwise be

waste material from other production

processes. The natural walnut, which

is durable enough for light outdoor use,

is colored in a rich dark stain to create

individual shades and grain patterns in

each knife, making every product a one-off.

Horn. With his crew and Young Explorers, 15 to 20 year

olds from all over the world, Mike Horn explored the

earth's 7 continents and traveled across the planet's

oceans with the PANGAEA expedition sailing vessel.

Close to 100 Young Explorers accompanied him to 12

hot spots around the world where they implemented

ecological and social projects - following the motto

with something extra...a spare fuel tank.

The lighter is essentially three parts;

a conventional flint and wick lighter, a

unique backup fuel tank is connected
