functional & operational areas. Drafting the advertisements in the Website for recruitment and also
Coordinating with manpower Agencies all over the world (Ireland, Philippines,India, Bangladesh, Nepal, South Africa and other countries)
Responsible to manage and coordinate with consultancies on all the active jobrequirements
Responsible in entire recruitment process starting from maintaining resumedata bank to screening the candidate, Calling the candidates & interviewingthem, Scheduling face to face interview with Managing Director ,salarynegotiations and issuing a offer & Appointment letters.
Arranging Company travels to put Visa message and to click to go ok on Board (Ifthe employees are arriving from other countries.
Arranging pick up from airport and also responsible to arrange accommodationfor the employees.
Maintaining the personal files of the employees including Offer letter, contractagreement, Employment contract, promissory letter, Accommodationagreement, Confidentiality and intellectual property right agreement, Healthand safety Responsibilities, Photographs of the candidates.

Arranging the Induction & Mentoring of new employee within the organizationstandard
Monitoring and maintaining the attendance of the employees (Especially onconstruction site) going for inspection to make sure that employeesperformance is up to the mark and to check employees are following safetyrules ( wearing Safety gadgets ) etc
Assisting the HR manager with other HR activities. Conducting various HR activities to motivate employees. Conducting Exit Interview Coordinated with Management Representative to implement ISO 9001:2008 for
