Recipe: Banana Crepes

INGREDIENTS

2 c Monarch Sweet Pancake Mix, prepared ½ c Rykoff Sexton™ 100% California Valencia Orange Juice 4 ea banana, ripe ½ c Monarch brown sugar

PREPARATION

Heat bananas and brown sugar together until bananas just start to soften. Meanwhile, mix orange juice into the pancake mix to thin it slightly. Make 6” crepes. Move them to a sheet pan and keep warm in a 200° F oven. Once all crepes are finished, fill evenly with banana mixture. Serve as is or dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream.
