• Reports to the Prime Minister’s Office• Has a multisectoral Council involving all

stakeholders in HIV response• Coordination Forums supported for

information sharing, joint planning and monitoring response

Proposed changes to AIDS response governance (recently undertaken or planned)

• Joint review on the HIV/AIDS management in Swaziland (NASA, Mapping tool)

• Board (Council) inducted to use a business based management model (King three)

• Developing an investment case for the AIDS components including response management.

• HIV/AIDS Response management key priority in the new National Strategy

• Review all the coordination structures • NERCHA functions reviewed to be inline with New

Strategy
