Back ground

About the application: It’s a 3 tiered web application that helps track the human resources in an organization.

I was involved since the inception of the projectActed as both QA and SCRUM masterAnalyzed the user stories, created test scenarios and

tested in the sprint – making sure to always be within the sprint time frame and yet not compromising quality

HP ALM- was used to track the testing and project assets

Backend validation using SQLRegression testing using HP UFT

Significant achievements

Introduced, implemented and maintained the scrum board for the entire duration of the project. This effort has streamlined status updates and reduced the email and in person communication exchanges.
