The cream stick is in the form of a contain-er in which the firm liquid can be applied to the hand by turning the bottom of the canister. As a result the moisture stick will come out of the container to be applied. The mechanism very much reminds on lip care balm container but sized in relation to the hand. Instead of a usual 19mm of a lip balm the hand balm is 31 mm .

The logo of the brand is Plato’s face. Plato is a phi-losopher and mathematician in Classical Greece who wrote about personalities and archetypes. He is suggested as one of the essential figures in phi-losophy, in specific attention to Western traditions.

The design of the container will be in fluency with the content of the container. Taking Plato’s ideas about the archetypes of people’s person-alities, the design of the container will reflect these. There are twelve archetypes; each of them is dedicated to a colour. The stick itself has the colour of eight specific archetypes. The scent of the moisture stick is in fluency with the rest of the design.

A survey was conducted to see the scent asso-ciation customers have with colours. The initial archetype wheel consists out of 12 colours. Due to high similarity of the colours the -Plato- Stick will only implement eight colours.
