SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAAN – UNIT PLAN

Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie

1. The exercise will be conducted around Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie. The

objective of this activity is to clean up the areas in and around the Unit.

2. Areas identified are as below

From Main Gate area till the Upper Gate / parking area. This section of the road

will be adopted for this program

The passage area starting from the Main Porch till the end of the passage near

the Staff Cafetaria

3. The cleaning will be done once a week to ensure that these areas are clean and

presentable.

4. Cleaning will include sweeping, picking up garbage, spreading disinfectant

powder where required, cleaning of clogged up drains, with the help of experts.

5. All staff members and HODs to be encouraged to participate in this activity.


Fortune Park Galaxy, Vapi

1. The exercise will be conducted around the Galaxy Complex in Vapi. Areas

identified are as below

From Gate No.1 to the Turn towards Surya Hospital.

Road from the Turn to Surya Hospital.

2. The cleaning will be done every Saturday at 11AM.

3. We will motivate the Local community to participate in the drive.

1. The exercise will be conducted around Fortune Park JPS Grand Rajkot. Areas

identified are as below:-

The area marked in red in the map is the area selected for the Abhiyan and

covers Approximately 1Km radius of the hotel.

The Area from the hotel till Mavdi Chowk and then a u turn.

The area from Mavdi Chowk to the junction of Ahmadabad highway

Return to the hotel.

2. The cleaning will be done on 19.12.14 from 11am to 01pm

We start from the hotel and go till the mavdi circle cleaning the footpaths

and the buss stand at the circle.

We then take a u Turn and go cleaning the footpaths till the Ahmadabad

highway junction picking up all Trash and cleaning the way.

From there we return to the hotel Cleaning and maintaining approximately

1 Km radius of the hotel.

Cleaning Area

1. Areas earmarked to be cleaned by our unit (Fortune Landmark, Indore) is the 1

km stretch of service road from Shardha Math compound till the Meghdoot

Garden and 500 meter stretch towards the Meghdoot Nagar Slum area from the

boundary wall adjacent to service road of our hotel.

2. The cleaning will be carried out during morning hours.

3. Cleaning will include sweeping the entire stretch, picking up garbage and its

disposal, pest controlling and maintaining the flower bed area.


Fortune Park Boulevard, Chattarpur, New Delhi

1. The exercise will be conducted around Fortune Park Boulevard New Delhi areas

identified as below.

200 mtrs of road from traffic light at Dera More towards Dera village.

200 mtrs of road from traffic light near petrol pump towards Bhati mines till the

U turn.

2. The cleaning will be done every day from 3 pm to 4 pm

was in practice since last 6 months.

2. The Campaign will initially be for 3 months till end of March and then extended

every quarter after review till 2019.

3. The cleaning will be done every Week for 2-3 hours

4. Cleaning will include sweeping, picking up garbage, sprucing up the soft earth

area and removal of weeds where required
