General comments and questions• There is general tendency for offerings to become

more liberal, so we should start cautiously• What we give in one place will be asked for in

number of films to be downloaded, or for the user to feel they have a “collection” via their subscription

Comments on the proposal• If we include the requirement that films expire

48 hours after viewing starts, server side will not know this

• So has to go by the 30 day limit to determine when a film has expired and user can download another film

• Is 5 films enough? What if you go on holiday for a week and want to use your SVOD subscription offline?– You should just buy some films for this use case?
