Mr. Steinthal is an experienced defense contractor and technical program manager with over

fifteen years of product development and manufacturing accomplishments in optical, electro-

optical systems & chemical trace detection.

Dave Carlson, Ph.D. - CEO

Dr. Carlson has over 30 years of industry experience having served in senior technology

positions with IHS, Inc., Ingram Micro and Kmart Corporation. Over his career he has managed

technology investments, licenses and total spending of more than $4 billion and more than 4,000

professional employees involved with software and infrastructure development and support. He

served in the US Army twice and is a veteran of the Vietnam era.
