Suvilas Royal Gardenia, our signature project, calls Jalahalli its home. The project is a ten level development spread across 2 acres 5 guntas of land,
which is wholly owned by Suvilas.
The project houses 72 luxury homes spread across two towers surrounded by water body. Each tower houses 36 units. Every floor has only four units with no common walls with 02 lifts each.
The two tower houses 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with carpet area ranging from 2054 to 2495 sqft. Each unit comes with 02 covered car parks. The project has 148 car parks.
Each tower has a lobby area of around 1000 sqft and a 13,000 sqft well equipped modern Club House,along with multi-utility hall of 1000 sqft. The Basement, Common area and Individual unit comes withAutomation and a 24 hours security system for the entire project. The project has a 5.5 meter entry, exit
ramp and drive ways for easy entry and exit.

SUVILAS SELLING STRATEGIES - WE SELL ONLY ON CARPET AREA
89 Why do we sell based on carpet area? We have discovered that selling based on carpet area avoids confusion, which helps usmaintain 100% transparency in our business.
90 What about other areas such as the common areas,clubhouse, car park, terrace rights and UDS?
We sell our projects based on carpet area and we execute sale deed for Super built-upareas. Suvilas clients will receive rights over the carpet area of their property as well ascommon areas, clubhouse area, car park and UDS, excluding terraces.
