Identify the community characteristics , the health needs and problems of its population 3. Select an agency/ wilayat/ village/ for the study 4. obtain consent from the wilayat/ village/ agency 5. Prepare a map of the area showing the landmarks 6. Obtain a sampling frame from the community profile 7. Select a sample from the population using appropriate sampling techniques 8. Collect data on the survey tool provided for six samples 9. After data collection analyze the data collected 10. Use a master sheet for tabulating the data 11. Participate in writing the interpretation and findings 12. Formulate community diagnosis 13. communicate the survey findings to other students 14. Submit the report in final form Research report: 1.
