NEGATIVE: 1. Provide the definition of surrogacy. 2. Provide the definitions of the two types of surrogacy (Traditional Surrogacy and Gestational Surrogacy). 3. Argument that focuses on “no law confers rights of a surrogate mother over the surrogate child. BENEFICIALLITY AFFIRMATIVE: 1. Provide the possible positive benefits of the child if surrogacy is allowed in the Philippines. 2. Affirming that the best interest of the child will be guaranteed if surrogacy will be allowed in the Philippines. Expound. NOTE: The focus will only be on Gestational Surrogacy and as a solution for the incapability of a couple to have a child. NEGATIVE: 1.
