History: 55 year old female with conductive hearing loss concomitant tinnitus of 20 year duration. The right ear was operated in 2012.Otoscopy: Tympanic membranes, bilateraly pearly grey with normal light reflex.
Weber test lateralizes left. Rinne negative on both sides. Gelle test pathological on the left ear.
