M.R.18298 - In re: G. Richard Jones. Disciplinary Commission.

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed. The petition of G. Richard Jones for reinstatement to the roll of attorneys licensed to practice law in Illinois pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 767 is denied.

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Shirley Leu-Tuan Wong is suspended from the practice of law for six (6) months.

Respondent Shirley Leu-Tuan Wong shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from her conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Thomas J. Burns is suspended from the practice of law for sixty (60) days.

Respondent Thomas J. Burns shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.

M.R.19204 - In re: Dennis Linly Hall. Disciplinary Commission.

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose reciprocal discipline pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 763 is allowed, and respondent Dennis Linly Hall, who has been disciplined in the State of Arizona, is censured and placed on probation for one (1) year in the State of Illinois subject to the conditions of his probation in Arizona.

M.R.19205 - In re: Joseph Kingsland Robbins. Disciplinary Commission.

The amended petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose reciprocal discipline pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 763 is allowed, in part. Respondent Joseph Kingsland Robbins, who has been disciplined in the State of Missouri, is suspended from the practice of law in the State of Illinois for one (1) year, with the suspension entirely stayed and respondent placed on probation for one (1) year subject to the conditions of his Missouri probation.

Respondent Joseph Kingsland Robbins shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension/probation.

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose reciprocal discipline pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 763 is allowed, and respondent Joseph Ambrose Peiffer, who has been disciplined in the State of Iowa, is reprimanded in the State of Illinois.

M.R.19207 - In re: Alan Scott Belkin. Disciplinary Commission.

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose reciprocal discipline pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 763 is allowed, and respondent Alan Scott Belkin, who has been disciplined in the State of Ohio, is supsended from the practice of law in the State of Illinois until he is reinstated to the practice of law in Ohio.

Respondent Alan Scott Belkin shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.

Shuff, Jr. is suspended from the practice of law for eighteen (18) months and until respondent provides proof to the Administrator of satisfaction of the judgment against him in adversary proceeding No. 02-4130, pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Illinois.

Respondent Robert V. Shuff, Jr. shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the termination of the period of suspension.
