Ahmed was only 2 years of age when he and his

family were driven out of their home in Syria.

He lost his father and his mother, and now has the re-

sponsibility of looking after his other siblings.

More than 11 million people have been left displaced

and forced out of their homes. They are living as ref-

ugees in overcrowded IDP camps. They do not have

access to adequate health care, clean water and there

is a shortage of food.

The people of Syria are in need of humanitarian

assistance.

Since 2011, Minhaj Welfare Foundation hasbeen supporting the Syrian campaign:

- Providing food parcels and winterisation packets

to families living in Egypt and Syria.

- Assisting the Syrian refugees in Europe (Greece

and Calais) with warm blankets, clothing and food.
