To provide better services, FOODTECH TAIPEI 2016 presents this online application system. To help you

understand how the system works, here is an overview of the procedure to be followed:

※ How to use the system?

1. Click「Login」in Homepage ( www.foodtech.com.tw ) to reach the login page. Click「Exhibitor Login」

to start your application.

From there, simply enter the access data you received along with your stand confirmation notice. If

you have never received our notice of your password, please write to the Email :

h356@taitra.org.tw to ask for re-sending.

(1) Enter the website: http://www.foodtech.com.tw

2) Click「Exhibitor Login」

2) Click「Log in」

2. Click the item you want to apply. If the item is marked「download」, it is not to be applied online; if

the item is marked「Apply」, it is to be applied online and just follow our「Step by Step」instructions.

If you have saved or sent the application, it will be automatically saved in the archive and you will have the application code to edit the information and track the status of application.

2016 Taipei 5-in-1 Food Show Sponsor Kit

1. Purpose ：Sponsorships offer the opportunity for potential sponsors to reach a specialized audience,

and compliment TAITRA advertising and exhibit opportunities.

2. Sponsorship Packages ：The sponsorship packages are described in the accompanying materials.

3. Guidelines ：(1) If more than one company is interested in a sponsorship, selection will be on a first

come first serve basis.

(2) The sponsorship application form must be completed and sent to the organizer by fax before May 20, 2016.

(3) Should for any reason the sponsorship not available or other contingencies prevail, TAITRA has the right to cancel the sponsorship and shall not be liable for any expenses incurred. Sponsorship payment made to TAITRA will be refundable.

4. Other Arrangements ：

(1) Organizer will oversee and implement all arrangements including, but not limited to, designs and setup of sponsor’s choice of sponsorship.

(2) Written notice will be sent to the company which has been awarded the sponsorship. Full payment shall be made within 10 days upon receipt of the notice, failure to do so the sponsorship opportunity will be rendered to the next sponsor.

(3) All sponsorship designs (every sponsorship is limited to one design) must be approved by the organizer and handed in before May 29, 2016

(4) Please provide the graphics/images with at least 300 dpi resolution withoriginal or hard copy. Digital format in files created upon Coreldraw, Abode Illustrator, and Photoshop and send it via email or by mail in CD-ROM.
