Carol Ptak CFPIM, CIRM, Jonah, CDDP A leading authority in the use of ERP and Supply Chain tools to drive improved bottom line performance, Ms. Ptak is currently a Partner with the Demand Driven Institute and Visiting Professor and Distinguished Executive in Residence at Pacific Lutheran University.   Previously; Ms. Ptak has been APICS CEO, IBM Corporation Global SMB Segment Executive, and PeopleSoft Vice President and Global Industry Executive for Manufacturing and Distribution Industries.   She has co-authored one book with Dr. Eli Goldratt and Eli Schragenheim, and two books with Chad Smith; in addition to authoring several other books on MRP, ERP, TOC and Lean.

Dr. Charles A. Watts DBA, CSCM, CPIM, Jonah Professor of Operations Management in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Logistics at John Carrol University; Dr. Watts conducts research and consults in the areas of supply chain management and the Theory of Constraints for service and manufacturing organizations . He is currently Chief Science Officer for On-Point Group Consulting and Vice President for the Decision Science Institute. Dr. Watts has been program chair for Midwest Decision Sciences Institute and a past President. He has served on APICS national steering committee for the Small Manufacturing Specific Industry Group and was President of the APICS Toledo Chapter.

Mike Sheahan CFPIM, CIRM, CLM, CSCM Mr. Sheahan was previously International President of APICS; and is currently Vice President with Transformance Advisors. Mr. Sheahan has more than 30 years experience helping a variety of manufacturing organizations, to support their business objectives and implement lean supply chains. He has helped companies such as ABB, Caterpillar, ConAgra, Perkins-Elmer, Hayes Wheels, and Henry Pratt Valves with supply chain assessments, technology implementations, project management, educational programs, and management of supply chain improvement initiatives.

Dr. Erick C. Jones Ph.D , RFIDSCM, CSCTP Dr. Jones is an experienced Supply Chain Technology Consultant and Tenured Full Professor at the University of Texas in Arlington, where he also serves as Advisor for the Masters of Science Logistics Program; Deputy Director for the SAVANT University Center, and Director for the RAID Labs. He is co-author of 7 books, 52 technology and supply chain journal articles; and has worked for United Parcel Service (UPS), Academy Sports and Outdoors, Tompkins Associates, and Arthur Anderson, LLP. Dr. Jones is also a member of the Dash7 Alliance's education committee, and member of AIM Global.
