Dear Jaffar, Thank you for your email, I can confirm following:
1. The reference list is attached 2. We can confirm that all electric and data points as shown on our drawings are provided. We have not provided for
any electrical trunking on wall. All our outlets/ services will be mounted on our service columns as shown on the drawings. All piping work with in these columns will be included. We will need pick up points within the bench area to make connection to our service outlets. Likewise, water and gases outlets are also included and provided.
3. Installation and commissioning duration depends on site readiness. If all floors are finished and service pick up point available then, it can be done faster. I would estimate maximum two weeks. Once you confirm your intention to place an order, we will send our Project Manager to check site and take necessary site measurements. At that time, we can provide more realistic period of installation.
4. Number of work force also depends on site readiness. I would assume 4 -6 technicians with one Supervisor would be sufficient. We will use our dealers installation team. No one from Germany will travel in this cost. If required, separate cost will be quoted.
5. Delivery period depends on shop drawing approval and order confirmation with an acceptable L/C at our bank counters in Germany. due to upcoming Christmas holidays from December 20
th till January 4
th, this two weeks
period must be taken out. I would estimate maximum 14 weeks in Dammam seaport without Christmas holidays, or 14 weeks to Dammam Sea port with Christmas holidays from the date of receipt of approved and acceptable documents by our finance dept in Germany.
